Frequently asked questions

Does OneLobby work with all carriers?
Yes. OneLobby works with Amazon, FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL, and anything else that comes through the lobby.
What about dry cleaning, flowers, or pharmacy deliveries?
Absolutely. We can log anything that arrives at the lobby for you. We can also log any package you drop off at the desk to be picked up by a carrier or a friend.
Do I need to update my contact information?
Only if your phone number or email has changed recently – we use what your building has on file.
Will I still be able to see packages on the lobby display board?
Yes. The display board in the lobby will show your packages just like it does today.
Does this mean our building staff will be using a phone at the concierge desk to handle packages now?
No, an iPhone provided by OneLobby will be used to scan in packages in the mailroom. Staff will still be able to scan packages out at the concierge desk using the computer.
